Data we process

The game processes your Google Play Games identity and display name, gameplay progress, cloud-save data, leaderboard scores, achievements, inbox and LiveOps activity, purchase identifiers and entitlements, and advertising identifiers required by our advertising provider. If you request account deletion, we also process the contact email and details you submit.

Why we process it

We use this data to authenticate players, restore progress across devices, operate rankings and achievements, deliver purchases and rewards, prevent fraud, provide support, improve reliability, and display and measure ads.

Service providers

Google services are used for Play Games, Google Play Billing, Saved Games, advertising, Firebase hosting, cloud functions and database services. These providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies.

Security and retention

Network traffic is encrypted in transit. Authoritative game actions require a signed server session. Player data is retained while the account is active and as needed for security, fraud prevention, legal, tax and transaction-record obligations.

Your choices

You may control ad personalization through your Google settings. You can request deletion of your Hellswarm player account and associated data using our account deletion page. Data that must be retained for legitimate legal, accounting or fraud-prevention obligations may be kept only for the required period.

Children

Hellswarm: Survivors is not directed to children under 13. Do not use the service if you are below the minimum digital-consent age applicable in your country.
